Virginia is another conceptual book from my Catcher, Catch Her series.
This ongoing series of prints and artist’s books incorporates experimental printmaking techniques using fishnets and antique laces. The art process of printmaking mimics narrative, especially when printing fragile materials that degrade and ultimately disintegrate. The print session becomes a metaphor for a conversation, a journey, the passage of time.
